What can I do about my car dealer who wrecked my car (while oil changing I was in wating room).?

I didn't drive. They gave me a rental car and sent my car to somewhere to fix my car. That's it. They are not paying any side money or they didn't even gave me free oil change or something. Is this right?

I'm worried about my car value now because of the accident.

I'm 21yr old so i don't have any this kind of experience.

What can I do?What can I do about my car dealer who wrecked my car (while oil changing I was in wating room).?They should fix your car.

You didn't say what kind of damage was done but it probably was some kind of low speed accident if it was in the dealer's parking lot.

If they wrecked your car they should be held responsible. If you can prove they did it then you need to contact a lawyer.

tell him to fix it
you can try suing them
sue you really need to get a lawyer RIGHT NOW! and sue the company
can you proof this it sounds like you need to see a lawyer
If the car is 100% fixed when you get it back, then how would the value change??? You're being a little irrational, unless it was a classic (antique) type car. Parts are easy to get and paint to dealer spec.

The dealer doesn't OWE you anything besides a car in the same condition that you dropped it off in. You've been covered in the rental. If the car comes back looking just fine, you will have little chance of any legal claim for a %26quot;bonus%26quot; like you're asking for.
Go to the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) and report them. They will have resources to help you.
You should have called the police when the accident occured. You may have a tough time without an accident report, but my advice is to see a lawyer. Just like everyone else is saying. Threaten a lawsuit, and you should get some results.
Don't know what you can do now ,but i would of back out of the deal , there is a grace period when you can do this, i always ask for compensation with any situation like this. tell them to compensate you are you will have to talk to a lawyer, they will pro ably do something for you ,know what you want when you talk to them.
File an insurance claim, your agent will go after them to fix it!
if the company accept the charges of wrecking your car then you have no problem they will fix it for you however if the situation not as mentioned then you must talk to a lawyer.
It sounds like they are doing the reasonable thing. If the damage was only cosmetic to the body of the car the value will not be decreased. If the damage was to the frame or engine you should get an estimate of the amount of the decrease in value, which will also depend on the age of the car, and ask for additional payment.
