Changed Car Battery recently and since then all internal lights in car are not working. Any idea, whats wrong?

I have a 96 Honda Accord LX, recently i changed my car battery from SAMS club. Since then all of my internal car lights are not working. Does anybody has any idea, what could be wrong here? Does I take it back to SAMS club to get the battery replaced?Changed Car Battery recently and since then all internal lights in car are not working. Check the fuse for the lights.

check fuse and check some postive post have a second wire to the the fuse panel
