Using car without changing Ownership in India?

I would like to use my cousin's car in Mumbai (registered in Kerala.. as he is going abroad for few years.. What are the formalities to be completed. I dont want to change the ownership of the car..Using car without changing Ownership in India?Long lease agreement.
