2000 Chevy Lumina no vaccum leaks but car sputters like one?

I have done a total tune up on the car, changed spark plugs, changed vaccum hoses, cleaned carbon from everything and when I go to take off, seems the car still wants to sputter and act as if it doesn't want to take off. When the rpms get to around 1500 it acts like it wants to shut off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.2000 Chevy Lumina no vaccum leaks but car sputters like one?Still sounds like you have a pin prick size hole in one of your vaccum lines or your timing is a degree or so off, sure you got all the lines on correctly or that you didn't miss one in a hard to reach place? Make sure you check the timing, it could be off or you timing belt is getting ready to break or is stretched out.

Check EGR valve. Has the vehicle thrown any codes?
you may need to recheck your tune-up, make sure your wires are on in the right firing order and also make sure your plug wires are snapped on tightly.
