Is there a way of changing a white car to black in photoshop?

Without having to paint from scratch?

I can change any colour of a car to different colours but white does not have any pigments to alter with the tools. Any suggestions? Thanks. Is there a way of changing a white car to black in photoshop?Just select the painted areas using 'lasso tool' and then go to 'Image' %26gt;%26gt; 'Adjustments'%26gt;%26gt;'Invert'.

After that, again go to 'image' %26gt;%26gt; adjustments, then to %26quot;variations%26quot; and change the colour according to your choice ( e.g lighten, darken , etc.)

Hello, I usually make a new duplicate layer, (so If I make a mistake it is easy to fix) then I use the magic wand too... highlight and then the paint bucket tool to make it black.

or this video should help!

cheers!

Use the selection tool to select ONLY the areas of the paint (i.e. not the windshield, tires, just the body) then just invert the colors and see how it looks.
I can't really check right now, but try going to %26quot;filter%26quot; and selecting %26quot;invert%26quot;.
