Does anyone know the name of this futuristic car movie I saw as a kid?

I can only remember a couple of scenes. The one that stands out the most is the people in the futuristic car are being chased by a helicopter and go into a tunnel. One of them presses the touch screen and the car changes color. Another scene from that action sequence has one of the people desperately pressing options on the screen and the car stops. A robot comes out of the trunk and fires a missile blowing up the helicopter. That's all I can remember :-P Any help would be greatly appreciated.Does anyone know the name of this futuristic car movie I saw as a kid?Is it Herbie Goes Bananas?
