Why does my car squeak when im changing gears at a high speed?

At first i thought it might be my tires, but then i realized it was from an internal mechanical part. What is this squeaking noise i hear only when i drive really fast and only normally in the changing of my first gear to second, i hear a loud squeak followed by a huge pull of the car gaining more power from higher gear.Why does my car squeak when im changing gears at a high speed?Sounds like a clutch ready to let you sit by the side of the road!!
